Advisory Committee

The members of the Advisory Committee are proposed by the shareholders and appointed by the General Meeting of Shareholders and represent the industry segments that are found in the SeedGuard system. The Advisory Committee helps SeedGuard to identify the criteria and requirements. Theme-specific working groups support the work of the Advisory Committee.

Sanctions Committee

The Sanctions Committee is required to penalise non-compliance with certification system requirements. The Sanctions Committee is an independent, neutral committee. Any sanctions imposed by the Sanctions Committee are implemented by SeedGuard GmbH.
